  Very profesional service from start to finish.Adivised to get several quotes at initial stage by them, although as company we use at work, i felt they were a company i could trust.On the day they were very clean and tidy, even took off their shoes going into rooms with carpets and talked me through where they were putting everything.They system although mainly wireless, does have some hardwired componants and the guys had their work cut out for them on the day. • Helpful and friendly

  Paul fixed up our burglar alarm in January, including installing a new battery. In August, the battery failed - we called Paul, who said it must have been a bad battery, and came and fixed it, free, that same evening. We will be calling Knight Installations the next time we need anything.

  This was a problem with some batteries installed/replaced between Dec 07-Mar 08. A manufacturing fault, this tends to come to light after six months of use. Most have now been replaced free of charge, but we would urge customers to contact us.
