    I had a meeting in Croydon with suppliers and they wanted to take a few of us out “somewhere posh”The Croydon Steak House isn’t posh but a lively conversation soon stopped when the steaks were served… all involved suddenly became very distracted by their food, which to my mind was a good sign.The owners have been running the restaurant for 40 years and the décor looks circa 1978 whith Anaglypta and faux beams; every time the door opens you look up expecting Del-Boy but this place does exactly what it says on the sign outside… Brilliantly
