• International Coachlines Ltd Awful Service

  I recently (April 2008) hired a Routemaster bus from ICL for my wedding day, and would say they are amongst the worst companies i have dealt with. They arrived late leaving guests out in the rain waiting, charged £35 for decorations that couldn't have cost them 35p and the bus itself was filthy leaving dirty marks on guests expensive clothing. What made this even worse is their response after my complaints which was basically, too bad!!!! And they have ignored all of my requests failing even to give me an apology. I would strongly recommend not using ICL.
