Brilliant Service

When organising my friends wedding, I called the office to book a routemaster bus, the staff were very friendly and i was invited to vist the yard to see the buses. I was given the drivers contact details but didn't require them as the driver was nice and early, very friendly and everything went swimmingly, I strongly recommend this company as I couldn't ask for a better service.

Awful Service

I recently (April 2008) hired a Routemaster bus from ICL for my wedding day, and would say they are amongst the worst companies i have dealt with. They arrived late leaving guests out in the rain waiting, charged �£35 for decorations that couldn't have cost them 35p and the bus itself was filthy leaving dirty marks on guests expensive clothing. What made this even worse is their response after my complaints which was basically, too bad!!!! And they have ignored all of my requests failing even to give me an apology. I would strongly recommend not using ICL.
