Moss Bros Group plc

We recently hired a suit for my Husband, to be worn at my Brother's wedding. The bad service started from the moment I called to arrange for it to be picked up. The Manager was both rude and difficult. When I was eventually given a time to pick the suit up, they could not find it in their store. I was told it was probably at the Swindon branch where my Brother had paid for all of them. After explaining that my Husband had been fitted in the Croydon branch they replied 'we have run out of ideas'. I waited for over an hour whilst they looked through the store room. I had given them both my Husband's name and the Groom's name but they had neither a computer to submit details nor a log book showing the suit to be collected. They found the suit in the end but came out and shouted at me that it was my fault that I had given the wrong details and ref name. I had in fact given the right name, and showed them on the suit's attached slip but they refused to accept this and said that I was wrong and they were right. It was mainly for the benefit of the shop full of customers who were looking on. Through my experience, I will never use this company again.
