Cheap but not cheerful!

I booked into this hotel for 3 nights but after 2 I had had enough. The rooms while clean were small and with poor TV picture. Breakfst had to be ordered - when I eventually found somebody to take my order, they ignored me and seved everybody who came in after me. I gave in on the second morning and cancelled. I had to pay cash upon booking in -- I expected to be able to pay on departure--otherwise they wouldnt have let me stay. Not really good customer service-or was this a statement about the clientelle? when I arrived a group of 6 guys were sitting on the ridnking lager and shouting at females as they walked by. as this is a predominantly Muslim area I wasnt impressed by this approach. It would have caused offence anywhere but was worse here. The management made no moves to stop them. Never again!
