• If only more bike shops were like this!!!

  I discovered this gold mine a couple of years ago when I popped in simply for a new tube. I have since bought three high end bikes as well as all of my kids bikes from here. Ross, the owner manager is one of those people who cant do enough for you. If you want it, he'll do his best to sort it out for you - even once importing a part from the states for me as a one off!!! if your looking for a shop within the Caterham, Croydon area, this is the best one by a mile. Thanks Ross!!

  Nothing is too much trouble at Ross's. Whether it be advice on buying, on servicing or accessories. Extremely amiable and has great customer retention skills.No hesitation in recommending for whatever style of bike you are looking for, as he carries a great range too!

• It's great to shop local!

  Ross couldn't have been more helpful & I feel confident that he has sold us the best first 'big boy bike' for my 4 year old :-). It's also good to know that the shop is just around the corner if we have any problems and I feel sure we will great service when we need it in the future.

• Great local bike shop!

  this is a fantastic local bike shop, with bikes for all the family, i have bought all our bikes here over the last few years with great follow up service, the owner really knows his stuff! i cant think of anything bad to say about this shop other than they dont accept american express but that is really a non issue.
