We ordered a granite worktop from this company in 2009 and we really wished we hadn't. The piece wasn't cut to our agreed specifications, it wasn't fitted correctly and it wasn't polished underneath. The owner was incredibly rude to us, refused to stand by the workmanship guarantee his team agreed upon at the point of sale, and refused to remedy it ... unless we actually paid for the remedial work! Our advice: contact or go to the Stone Federation of Great Britain's website and they will recommend reliable stone masons and suppliers in your area who will do a good job and not leave you high and dry like this company did with us. Don't go for the cheaper option like we did. Pay a bit more for a job well done.
