    took my minature shnauzer to pampered pets, they did not pluck his ears on two occasions. I took him again on Saturday, I took him at 9am as his appointment had be pre booked approx two weeks prior, I called then at 11.20am to see how he was doing, they had only just bathed him. He had been left in the cage all that time and they hadnt even started grooming him. As for customer service the staff seem disinterested
