I spent days calling around for a price on my mercedes only to find they were so expensive and i would be losing my car a week. I then came acrosss geartech they seemed very friendley and very experienced answering all of my questions over the phone.I booked my car which was ready within 48 hours and they kept to there word and what they quoted is what i paid thankyou.

I was recommended to Geartech through a friend and was so worried where to go and how i would be treated. From the off i was dealt with great and my car was collected on the sameday. The price i was given stayed as it was with no extras and my car was ready first thing the following day. I would now recommend geartech to anyone and i no they will not be dissapointed.

I was referred to this company by a local business partner, and spoke to the manager of GearTech personally, seemed decent enough and offered a very attractive price for re-condition my gearbox. However, as I found out the hard way, this man obviously cannot keep his word. If he says he will call me with an update, he should do, not wait for me to chase him. He said it would take a day and half to do, it hadn't because he was still waiting for a part, did he phone me to tell me? NO. As I need this van for business, I've had to let a few customers down and delay their deliveries because this man has no service standards. Would I use him again? DEFINITELY NOT, if I found out people I knew were going to him, I'd warn them of what they'd be getting into.
