• It just gets better!

  I had a great experiene using this firm last year, and am very pleased to report that on return to them this year to have my downstairs bathroom fitted I found the same helpful, reliable, knowledgable staff still offering a great range of high quality products at very reasonable prices. I recommend this firm highly.

• fabulous friendly service

  This is a fabulous and friendly place to visit. It does not matter what you are buying, a small item or a bathroom or kitchen the level of service is just the same. I do not know anything about DIY and the staff welcomed me with open arms. They were friendly, very helpful and they made sure they provided the best product for me, which did not mean it was the most expensive. Very refreshing! I become very anxious when visiting a big store as there is either no-one to help you or they don't really know what they are talking about. This is definately not the case at homecraft - they want the best for their customers. I would highly recommend them.

• Bathroom guidance

  As a DIYphobe, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and able to translate my ideas into practical, affordable solutions. It was very reassuring to find experts who understand my needs and can provide an extremely competitive quote. The work was carried out on time and to a great standard, what else could I want?

• Lovely staff, brilliant service - would recommend immediately!

  I had a kitchen and bathroom supplied to me by Homecraft last summer. I am a self confessed perfectionist and this came across when chosing both, but the staff at Homecraft were extremely patient and helped me every step of the way. They introduced me to extremely reliable fitters and tilers. I woulsn't hesitate recommending Homecraft Kitchens to anyone!

• one to one service

  I was impressed with the one to one service throughout the entire process of getting my kitchen fitted. Every time I had a question about my kitchen I managed to speak to the same person who treated me as an individual and didn't need me to re-explain what I was having done. This saved me a lot of time compared to when I had my bathroom fitted by different local company. I'll definately use Homecraft company in the future.

• Keep Going back...

  Well over the last few years I have had two completely new bathrooms, two kitchens and a bedroom supplied by Homecraft and they just keep getting better. The personal level of service that you get is a complete breath of fresh air compared with our experience of going into some of the larger chains of retailers. The service was seamless right through from the initial visit from their extremely knowledgable surveyor through to dealing with any final "snagging" issues . I must admit that i don't have much of a clue when it comes to designing things or visualising the end result and in respect of the kitchen we have just had finished, Ian from Homecraft made a lot of practical suggestions which I guess come from experience of doing loads of these and also product knowledge- we are especilally thrilled with the pull out larder cupboards he suggested having as me and my wife are real foodies. The print outs from their computer assisted design approach give you an artistic image of what the end result will look like and this let us explore a couple of alternative layouts before plumping for our final choice. We met the proprietor's Michael and Jean on a couple of visits to their showroom in Purley and they are a charming couple committed to providing a high level of customer service within the context of a local business which is all too sadly disapperaing from our high street these days. Anyway, we just spent the Easter break finishing the decorating on our kitchen/ diner and the end result is stunning. Would have no hesitation in recommending any of my friends or colleagues to visit Homecraft befor going to B&Q etc.

• Wardrobes

  I bought ward drobes to house all of my wife's clothes!! I looked at wardrobes in many of the major retail outlets such as B&Q and compared with wardrobes from Homecraft, their quality was substandard. Homecraft not only provided me with friendly, efficient and fast delivery, but the quality of the product was excellent and the installation was conducted professionally with great care and attention to detail. Thank you Homecraft. I am considering rennovation my bathroom and won't think twice about commissioning Homecraft to do the job. Tell you friends like I did - you won't be disappointed.

  I am really pleased with my kitchen from Homecraft. The staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The design maximised the space available and I love the light, modern look of the finished room. Would recommend.

• New Kitchen

  The service we received was of the highest standard. Staff took a personal interest, listened to our ideas and were fantastic when it came to designing the layout of our Kitchen. Delivery was 100% complete and on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Homecraft.
