Specialising in Shopfronts, van signs, magnetics, decals, mod cars, banners, stickers, health & safety, site boards, 'pop art', window graphics / etching / frosting & engraving
What makes this business unique:Shop Window Graphics & Vehicle Livery The materials we use on both these items are made from a high performance, 70 micron, 8 – 10 year polymeric vinyl with solvent acrylic adhesive. Other sign makers may use lower tack vinyl causing graphics and text to peel away after a short period of time. Banners Our banners are made from 610 European-manufactured high quality supported PVC which is both UV and fire retarded. We use a special banner vinyl to apply graphics and text to the banners. Other sign makers may use lower weighted banners and unsuitable vinyl which can result in the vinyl graphics or letters pealing off after a short period of time. A Boards & Pavement Signs All our A Boards are manufactured in steel and are powder coated to give maximum protection against corrosion. The all weigh over 12kg. Other sign makers may use Aluminium to manufacture their A Boards, they may look the same however they tend to blow away in windy conditions and rust in the rain. Engraved Plaques All our plaques are at least 2.5mm thick in any material. All our engraving is done IN HOUSE using the latest engraving machinery and software. A lot of other sign makers don’t engrave their customers work. They farm their work out, causing the process to be slow, expensive and the final product is often a lot to be desired for. Magnetic Vehicle Signs For this item we use 0.85mm exterior heavy duty magnetic sheet coated with white 70 micron vinyl (8 – 10 year). Other sign makers may use 0.65mm magnetic sheet, coated in lower tack vinyl. Using these materials reduces the life of the sign and may cause the sign to detach itself from a vehicle at high speeds. PVC Signs Our PVC signs are made from the thickest available Foamex on the market. 5mm thick and cut IN HOUSE to whatever size you require. Other sign makers may use 3mm Foamex which is easily snapped and hard to screw onto surfaces without fear of it breaking.
