    had all the answers, loads of samples brought round, loads of good practical advice and finally chose an antique oak, wanted no money up front so we were totally safe.... what more could i want. will use again

    didnt think i was going to do the whole house for under a thousand pounds but a lovely laminate on the ground floor and berber carpets in the bedrooms and stairs in and fitted and still had change FANTASTIC
