    Very helpful and friendly staff. Good advice from Steve & John (pro guitarist & pro drummer). I'm a beginner but I've never felt intimidated like I used to feel in other music shops. "Oi...Don't touch unless you're going to buy it" is something you will never hear. They encourage you to have a play and couldn't be more helpful. I wanted to buy a quite expensive guitar but Steve advised me to try something more suitable for me - and at half the price. Where else would you get that? They certainly prove that it you treat people right they will always come back. Oh, and a great website as well at jammusic.co.uk
