i went to kens autos.... they charged me a very fair and the service was not only quick but very good.. i also had my car valeted free of charge.. i would only use this garage now.

Over charge in general

Have used a few times, mainly for MOT, then work carried out to pass test. The parts are over priced, if you choose to get parts they will not entertain it, even if you get from the same supplier they use! 1/2 price MOT more than likely fail you, then over charge for repairs

Rubbish

The customer service is non-existent and the prices are exorbitant. I will never go there again. AVOID unless like the previous comment you have no choice.

The best service I have ever had!!!!!

I was reading the above comment and felt I had to add a comment. My car broke down and I rang the manager of the Sanderstead branch 'Luca'. He immediately sent someone to tow my car, calmed me down as I was in a state then quickly and efficiantly repaired my vehicle. I thought the whole experience and the final bill was exteamely reasonable. All in all my experience was great, thankyou luca and thankyou KENS AUTOS!!!

Poor customer service and too expensive

I have given my car for full service, radiator fitting and thermostat and they have charged exhorbitant prices to me. There we no issues with full service. But for radiator they charged more. I agreed for that which is fine. But for thermostat they fixed (again over-priced) it without telling me or quoting me about the cost before fixing it. The customer service was poor and they were trying to argue instead of providing proper service.
