You can divide the cost of any fitness training session with friend. Many personal trainers offer this service, but it's usually one person pays for the full hour, and their training partner/friend pays half of the full hour. My costs are also lower than most personal trainers.

CROYDON HOME FITNESS

Thought I would try croydon home fitness. I'm overweight, so I'm shy about going to any gym centres. This is great for me to workout in private, until I get the confidence. The instructor is very encouraging and motivating. He makes me look at the good things about me, and how great it is that I've made the first steps. I am just using the cardio machines at the moment, as I'm not ready for anything too hardcore (spinning), but will try weight to music soon. It will take some time before I lose the weight I need, but with his help, I am confident i will achieve this. I'm happy I found this place.

Croydon Home Fitness

Great workouts....we love the 1-1 spin sessions!!! Me and my girlfriend was never confident in going to body pump and rpm/spinning classes at the gym. Now we've been doing spinning classes and weights to music (a bit like body pump) at croydon home fitness, we're starting to get the confidence to attend gym classes. We have booked 6 more sessions. He's motivational and a great laugh!!! Also great value for money - me and my partner split the cost!!!

Excellent

Just had my first session and it was so good. I used to try and go to the classes at my gym but never got into them. Here I was given a one to one class. The instructor was so nice and knew his stuff. He eased me into it and made me feel confident. Definately going back. And I was told I could bring a friend along for free! Splitting the cost, this is a bargain for top quality service.

croydon home fitness

I like working out here. It's in private and even better that it's in the garden!!! I love using cardio machines, but when i did a 1-1 spinning session, and weights to music session for the first time, I can't get enough of it. The instructor is a task master, but he's fun at the same time. I've been coming here for 4 weeks, 3 times a week, and have noticed a change in my body. He's very motivational!!! I also get a free 1 hour session every time i book a block session (2 so far). Try it!!!
