Specialist Services:

I am a full time 3rd Dan intructor who teach's professionaly. I am the croydon counicl head karate coach and have been training in karate for 19 years and teaching for 8 years. I also train in judo, boxing and mixed martial arts (mma). I offer 20 classes a week from beginner, intermediate, advanced and brown and black belt classes.

Services Offered:

karate tution for childreen and adults from 4 +. The classes will teach you self defence whilst improving your fitness, flexibility, confindence, focus, dissapline, co-ordiation, helth and beat bullies. The classes are fun and an excelant place to make new friends.
