Motivate Personal Training have been a total inspiration to me. They have helped me to get from a size 18 to a dress size 12 in less than 10 months. I haven't been a dress size 12 since my early 20s so I am absolutely amazed at what I have achieved!! Really helpful and professional personal trainers which I cannot rate more highly.
