  my kangoo had been off the road due to a non start for 4 weeks. Rac and my local mechanic had looked at it and said the ecu was shot. I did not want to spend anymore money on it but saw the good reviews on here for diagnostic wizard so gave them a call. they sounded very confident and said they would charge me a max of £75 to do a full diagnostic and give me an excact course of action. they sent a guy to me who looked to clean to work on cars(lol) but boy was he good. he told me i could watch but stand 2 metres from the car and he took off running in and out of the car , to his van and back and within 10 mins he started the van. a small wire had burn out on my car (he said prob due to a bad jump start) he soldered it and i was away . NOW THATS THE BEST £75 I EVER SPENT! how professional! this story had to be told. THANKS GUYS...........

• cluster problem

  Friendly enough guy, however after diagnosing my car needed a new battery and replacing my battery my speedo stoped working and had an error code on dash, BMW have confirmed it needs a new instrument cluster at a cost of £800+, was fine before and never had a problem until the battery was replaced and diagnostic checks done, can only assume problem was caused by the software or way it was done

• Definatley a WIZARD!

  my 04 VW polo was in a garage for 6 weeks without repair. they said i needed bits for my non starting car totalling to the sum of £750. I found Diagnostic wizard on the internet and called. they sounded very confident they could fix it so i took the chance of spending more money. they met me at the car the next day and had it running in 35 mins. you should have seen the look on the faces of the guys that ran the garage. TOTALLY AMAZED! Oh and they took his business card, lol . this all cost me £120 (alot less than £750) and i am happy i met "THE WIZARD"

• Diagnostic Genius!

  My car had been off the road for over a year, with a suspected ECU fault, despite several 'experts' looking at at, and even sending the ecu for repair, no-one could help. Diagnostics Wizards took 15 minutes to identify the fault and another 15 to repair it- all for £75- truly impressive. Don't bother with a main dealer- and save a fortune. Highly recommended- Thank you Paul.

• Repair on my mercedes

  my car had not been sarted for 6 weeks as i went on holiday .mercedes e240 had a chap look at it and he charged me £95 for a (so called Diagnostic) and left saying i needed a new alarm unit. call this company Diagnostic Wizard! who were both professional in approach and diagnosis. hey started my car in 45mins and said tha the fuse for the alarm had blown and then re-sync my remote.PRFECT and best of all £75 i thought i would leave this review as good work so often goes without comment.well done lads!!
