  • 5 Self defence is not just physical

    I had the opportunity to study for a year with Master Mo ten years ago in South London. His knowledge runs deep and his physical ability is staggering. More importantly he is a great teacher that doesn't just teach you to punch but also to think and adapt. His classes were always affordable and I don't remember ever giving him money directly, he used to say "Leave it on the windowsill on your way out” a martial art honesty box! The kid’s class was held before ours and they loved it, he has one of those characters that children naturally warm to. I now live in America and have yet to find an instructor of his caliber.
