VAT Returns services to EU clients

Did you know that as from 1st Jan 2010 you will have to send an EU sales list in addition to your VAT return if you provide services such as consultancy to clients in other EU states? Previously this was only necessary for goods. The EU Sales List must be filed within 14 days of the end of your quarter, so don't leave it until you send in your VAT return or you could incur a penalty. Read more
