Im excited to say that all the time and effort in looking for venues has paid off and after xmas the following new Zumba classes will be starting:- Mon 9.30 am St Marys Church Hall, Selsdon, Addington Village (by the Harvester).Wed 10.15 am St Swithuns Church Hall, Grovelands Road, Purley (off the main Brighton Rd between Purley and Coulsdon).Wed 6pm Greenvale Primary School, Sandpiper Rd, Selsdon Vale, South Croydon.Wed 7.30pm New Addington Community Centre, Central Parade, New Addington.Fri 10.15 am New Addington Community Centre, Central Parade, New Addington. September Fitness rush

One of the busiest times of the year is here, lots of people make plans to start or re-start a fitness regime once the kids go back to school.There are lots of community classes and also gyms offering special offers for this busy time in the hope of attracting many new members.It is only 16 weeks until Christmas and remarkable results are achievable in that time so make the decision to clean up that diet, embark upon an exercise plan and look forward to looking fantastic for Christmas.
