Cogent law have been nothing but a very poor service that has left us £20,000 out of pocket. They did not do the searches correctly and pushed through the sale without everything being in place. If you need a legal firm avoid Cogent Law / Plexus at all costs.

Kitchen Extention dispute
Cogent Law acted for us in a buildings dispute. Our insurance company appointed them to help us defend our case. They are a Unprofessional, and poorly trained bunch- not supportive or helpful.Never hire them to represent you. Run, Run,Run!!! Run, Run, Run!!!

Cogent Law Service following RTA
Cogent law acted for me following an RTA. I would strongly suggest that you avoid them at all costs ! They may mislead you about costs, which you do actually have to pay back, as it is taken out of your settlement at the end! They tell you at the beginning you won't have to pay anything for treatment costs, give you misleading and contradictory documents. Then they keep the money back at the end. I found them to be unsupportive and felt I was treated as if I was guilty until proven innocent, despite the other side haven't accepted full liability is for the RTA! I personally advise you not to subject yourself to them
