Self defence is not just physical
I had the opportunity to study for a year with Master Mo ten years ago in South London. His knowledge runs deep and his physical ability is staggering. More importantly he is a great teacher that doesn't just teach you to punch but also to think and adapt. His classes were always affordable and I don't remember ever giving him money directly, he used to say "Leave it on the windowsill on your way out†a martial art honesty box! The kid's class was held before ours and they loved it, he has one of those characters that children naturally warm to. I now live in America and have yet to find an instructor of his caliber.
