The main art practiced is Aikido but we also do related arts such as Jujitsu and Judo including Iaido, Jo, and Bokken. We are a non-profit, non-competitive group providing for the community. Ideal for confidence, awareness, and general fitness but also self-defense. Another section is Body Harmony, for older people or those with health issues. We also offer free Shiatsu. Aikido is available every Sunday from 1.30 to 3.00 pm while Body Harmony is every Thursday and Friday from 10.30 to 11.30 am.
