Worked or should I say bullied by yodel for years. Badly run by a manager who why he was given the job I really don’t know. Can’t mention some of the practices but use someone else if possible.

I agree with all the above comments and want to add mine(not sure it'll make a difference). 'Attempted delivery' three times when there was someone at home. Left a card & now have to arrange to pick up myself. Less than acceptable delivery service.

I have been waiting for my parcel since Thursday for next day delivery. Friday, the parcel did not reach me, as the driver had "run out of time" for the delivery as I was scheduled as 33rd in the queue. Sunday, I was sent a new link that the parcel was going out for a second try for delivery, again, the parcel did not reach me and the automated tracking website showed that this time was that you were "unable to deliver" - (there was no other reason listed). Today, I was in contact with you from 9am trying to make sure that my parcel was going to 100% be delivered today - albeit 72 hours late. I was told that you cannot put my parcel as priority on your list, regardless of the error on your end twice prior, and I was ranked 23rd in delivery for today. Unbelievably, I have just received a new confirmation to tell me that you left me a calling card and was "unable" to deliver my parcel. I work in a 24 hour serviced office, which is where the parcel was supposed to be delivered, I am sitting at my desk as we speak and I can assure you that nothing was attempted to be delivered. Please review this at your earliest convenience. this is simply unacceptable customer service, not only is your system flawed it appears that your courier drivers apparently lie about delivery.

On first attempt they left a card, but did not bother to ring the bell - probably because they could not be bothered to carry my 25Kg parcle. I was in all day waiting to receive it. Apparently a second attempt was made the following day. Was told a card was left, but TOTAL LIE. Despite reassurances from their call centre I'd get my package, they screwed up the 3rd time and lied again saying they attempted delivery and no one was in. LIKE EVERONE HAS SAID BEFORE ME, THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL JOKE. If there was the option to leave the star rating blank I would.

I don't even know y they're still existing. Chat is always offline phone numbers are only machines talking no real customer service and if you get to speak to them they claim that they'd been on your side while they weren't then they promise to deliver still you take off work and nothing happens. I am so frustrated and mad 😡 they should pay me my wasted time and salary loss I am having

I honestly cannot believe yodel still operates! I am only in connection with them because companies still (for god knows what reason) still use them! Still haven't received my parcel after two "attempts" at delivering it, with no card attached and I was in all day!! Even though there is a number to call the driver, it is out of service! I cannot believe there is no way to contact someone directly without speaking to a robot that just puts the phone down on you when it's run out of the programmed options. I think there isn't a direct line because yodel's phone line would combust with the sheer amount of complaints they would get! This company needs to STOP! Full stop.

Worst experience ever with Yodel. 4 times (over 3 weeks now) a returns collection was booked by Very (another company to avoid at ALL costs) and no one turned up. Left completely in limbo and 4 whole days wasted along with £15 worth of phone call to your premium line phone. Yodel claimed they came and no one was in which is totally not true...we have been at home waiting all 4 days Yodel unable to go out or do anything! Stop lying to customers you didn't show up! Cannot get refund from retailer until Yodel pick up item which looks like never. Complete cowboys. Experience from HELL! How is possible that Yodel is getting away with treating customers in this shoddy manner?

this company is a joke! I waited for my parcel the whole day only to get a text telling me it is being returned to mitcham center and that they left a card. I did not hear anyone knock on my door or see any card! Tried calling them but no answer.

My parcel tracked all the way to Mitcham, was loaded onto couriers van & then vanished. They can't find it. Well either he stole it or threw it away is my conclusion. Unable to contact them to argue. The worst, I will advise ASDA to find another partner than this crowd. Would not have given any stars but cannot submit review without so please ignore stars.

this is the second delivery with yodel. 1st one waited for 2 weeks hat to go collect.. second one waiting into my 3rd week still have to go collect ... :( read any comment and you will know what service yodel provides...

4 times I was told that they attempted a delivery. No cards were put through my door, I was at home all day and nobody called. I was awaiting an important parcel for my sons 18th Birthday. This eventually arrived 2 weeks late.

I was at home on the day they left the card, i was sitting in the lounge on the phone and the dogs barked but there was no knocking on the door, i thought it was the postman when i heard the letterbox. I was cross when i picked up the card that they had not made more effort to knock. I guess they had just pressed the bell which wasn't working so must get rid of it but that was a first, most people knock. Card said it would be delivered the next day so i stayed in and listened out all day....no delivery. I got a text saying it had been delivered 3 times so i had to collect or would be returned to sender!... furious! can't contact them, only way to get parcel is to follow automated contact and agree to collect!!! Terrible parcel delivery service. Left review 0 out of 10...

I have been waiting at home all day for 3 days now for Yodel to deliver my goods. Their tracking system claims that they have attempted to deliver 3 times, but me and my wife know that is a blatant lie. No call, no knock, no call card...NO ATTEMPT! Very angry with them.

I agree with the other person. No cards no attempt to deliver and blatant lies from the worst call center on earth. I know Royal Mail are much maligned but compared with this shower they are by far the best option. I would rate YODEL as 0 out of 10 and that's being kind. Avoid them like the plague.

Yodel claimed attempted to deliver two parcels. At claimed time there were 3 people in the house who heard no knock or saw any delivery van. Also claimed had left a card through door - Surprise - you guessed it, no card anywhere to be seen anywhere. This is not the first time Yodel have failed to deliver on time (although they do make deliveries to this address). It’s the only company that has EVER had a problem delivering to us. Indication how bad the company is, they hide their depots away behind a call centre. No chance to chase a delivery direct.
