3 months of agro and still out of pocket
Basically they foot drag for 3 months over a CDW refund claiming not to have documents which had been sent several times. In response to a registered letter threatening legal action, they made a partial payment which did not cover bank charges and currency conversion. I'm still ~€30 out of pocket and will not be doing business with them again.
